1. Introduction
Jarrah Consulting Group Pty Ltd ("Jarrah", "we", "our", or "us") operates the website at jarrah.agency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, company name, and any message you choose to send us.
- Website usage data — pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and device type, collected via analytics tools.
- Cookies and tracking technologies — we use cookies and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our services.
- Google API data — where you authorise us to access your Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other Google accounts as part of delivering our services, we collect only the data necessary to fulfil that engagement. This data is used solely to provide and improve the services you have requested and is not shared with third parties for any other purpose.

- To fulfil legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests.
4. Google API Services
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, data obtained via Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in our service delivery. We do not use this data to serve advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the service you have authorised.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager — website analytics and tag management. Data is anonymised where possible and subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing. May set cookies to measure ad performance and serve relevant ads to previous visitors.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising pixel for conversion tracking and remarketing on Meta platforms.
- Microsoft Advertising — Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag for conversion tracking and remarketing on Microsoft/Bing platforms.
- Google Workspace — email and communications infrastructure. Inbound messages sent to our contact addresses are processed via Google's servers.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form data is retained for up to 2 years. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the respective platforms. Where Jarrah hosts client data in Jarrah-managed cloud infrastructure, a separate retention schedule applies — see our Data Hosting & Retention Policy.
